Meaghen made speech therapy so fun that my daughter didn’t want to leave her sessions! She has such a connection with children and is also extremely communicative with parents. She regularly updates me about my daughter’s progress and areas of focus and how our family can reinforce that work at home. My daughter has made consistent and noticeable progress, which has boosted her confidence and eliminated the frustration she felt when people didn’t understand what she was saying.

Our daughter was so blessed to work with Meaghen for 6 years starting in early intervention. Meaghen took on a difficult case with severe oral aversions and major speech delays due to our daughter being a micro preemie . Meaghen was diligent, thorough, patient and most importantly caring. She is an enthusiastic therapist and finds the best way to motivate your child to help them breakthrough their challenges. She successfully used PROMPT, feeding and play based therapies to engage our daughter. We are proud to say we have an 11 year that talks nonstop, eats a variety of foods and even tolerated a palette expander from her orthodontist. Meaghen was responsible for all of these major milestones. Our family is forever grateful for her expertise. We highly recommend her as a Speech/Feeding therapist.

Meaghen treated my son, who was language delayed in addition to pronunciation struggles due to his disability, for three years. Under her warm, watchful and engaging eye our sweet boy began to talk and become more and more intelligible. I vividly remember the first time he said his name and how that filled us with so much joy. I took a video of this moment and shared it with Meaghen, knowing she was the foundation that made it possible.

Meaghen is experienced and confident in her treatment, while at the same time warm, compassionate and supportive. Her skill set is hard to come by and I feel so fortunate that she got to treat our son. Not only did she help him begin to talk, but she encouraged him to push himself and helped him make tremendous strides. We are forever grateful.

Meaghen has tremendous experience, creativity, and skill with feeding therapy. She has been a tremendous resource and guide to me, and a huge asset as I work to help children with oral-motor feeding difficulties. She is always able to guide me to new evidence-based developments in the field and to books and courses that address specific issues. Her consultation on specific cases has helped my patients enormously, and her insightful observations and collaborative coaching style have have helped me guide my patients and their families. I have been very fortunate to have Meaghen as a feeding therapy mentor, and both my patients and I are grateful for her expertise and generosity.
